| LOCAL ADULT TENNIS PLAYERS This section of the website contains names, phone numbers and email addresses of local tennis players grouped by age. * * * Find a sub: click the yellow link that corresponds with your skill level to see a list of people who may be willing and able to sub for you. Subs who are not members of the Boylan Tennis Center must pay Boylan a $5 guest fee when subbing in a Rockford Tennis league. Subs are required to wear non-marking "tennis" shoes, arrive on time and stay on the court at least 90 minutes. * * * Select your NTRP skill level: Refer to NTRP skill levels for general information. From there, clink the link to the NTRP matrix provided by the USTA. It gives operational definitions for forehands, backhands, serves, volleys, special shots and playing style.
