BOYLAN TENNIS CENTER

Guests may visit the club for an adult drop-in drill group, a private lesson or court rental two times. Membership is required upon the third visit.
Location
Boylan Central Catholic High School is at 4000 St. Francis Drive in the northwest corner of Rockford, IL. Boylan is north of Riverside Boulevard and west of North Main (Route 2). If driving west on Riverside, turn right (north) at Huffman. Huffman is the first stoplight west of North Main. Huffman curves around in front of Boylan High School. Turn left (north) into the parking lot next to the football field. The tennis center is in a free-standing rectangular building north of the football field.

2012 Annual Membership Fees
Boylan does not have a contract or a monthly membership fee. Instead, they charge an annual membership fee and have members pay court rental fees, league fees and special event fees whenever they choose to hit the little yellow ball. Prices are pro-rated later during the season.

One-time Initiation Fee
New members pay a one-time $50 initiation fee the first year they join.
Court Fees
$14 / hour
Monday thru Thursday before 5 p.m. and all day Friday.
$16 / hour
Saturday, Sunday and Monday thru Thursday after 5 p.m.
Guest Fee
$5 / day. Membership required upon third visit.
Ball Machine Rental
Boylan members may use the ball machine for free when renting court time.
Adult Leagues & Drill Groups
Boylan members may play in leagues and events hosted by the Boylan Tennis Center or Rockford Tennis. Boylan guests may play in Rockford Tennis leagues and events if they pay a guest fee of $5/day. The drop-in drill group costs $10 for Boylan members and $15 for Boylan guests. Hamilton Sundstrand, RIAA and Vern Wanner's hitting group are closed groups; participants must meet requirements and be invited to play.
